Both origins are cultivated on high ground on volcanic soils between 1400 and 1650 m asl, in small plots in the shade of trees and shrubs that offer natural protection to plants and a safe haven for numerous species of birds. Harvested by hand, in five successive steps, between November and January, to pick only the fruits at the optimal moment of ripeness. Work with the washed method and dry in the sun on the patio.
100% Arabica quality coffee blend processed with the washed, roasted and ground method, packaged in single-dose ESE pods in compostable filter paper of 7.5 g each. Use in pod espresso machines only. Keep in a cold and dry place.
The coffee comes exclusively from fair trade producers.
